I do not diagnose any illnesses, or any mental disorders.  I  will not be prescribing any medications.  It is the clients(your) responsibility to keep the therapist(me) informed of any known medical condition & your responsiblity to inform me of any changes that should occur. You know that the massage you are receiving is a Swedish massage and will be performed in a safe and ethical manner. This massage is not SEXUAL in nature.  The therapist does not engage in any breast tissue massage unless a physician's original written order is provided.  You will be draped with a sheet at all times and if for any reason you feel uncomfortable during the session you have the right to stop the session.
